02 Item Serial/ Lot Number

How to input Serial number and Expiration Date 1. Go to Inventory, click for Inventory List. 2. Choose an item and click for the column of QOH. 3. A prompt Update Qty will appear. 4. Input Quantity, Serial/ Lot Number and Expiry Date. 5. Then click for Update. 6. To check, go to Inventory, click for Item Serials. Item Serial Expiration List of items that have expiry date. 1. Go to Inventory, and click for Item Serials. 2. You can search by name, serial/lot number or by date. To see the list of you serial numbers and expiration date per item profile 1. Go to Inventory, click for Inventory List. 2. Choose the item you want to check. 3. Click on the item profile name . 3. Choose Quantity SERIALS. This will display the available and sold Serial Numbers/ Lot Numbers and Quantities. |
