Printer Troubleshooting
Possible printing errors in Mozilla Firefox browser

1. Receipt Printer is not printing
• Make sure that the printer is ON and connected on a computer
• Changed USB port. the installed printer is assigned to a specified USB port

2. Receipt printed total amount is cut or not showing?
• By default you can adjust it by LEFT is 0 inch, TOP is 0 inch, RIGHT is 0 inch and BOTTOM is 0 inch. Make sure that the Header and Footer are all blank, from LEFT, CENTER, and RIGHT.

3. Receipt printed is too large?
• please use the correct printer paper size example if you are using 76(63.5) x 3276 mm you must select on the settings and in the browser 76(63.5) x 3276 mm
• Go to Devices and Printer and right click on the printing Preferences under “Advanced” button then Select on the Graphic and Print Quality must be “160 X 144 dots per inch”

4. Receipt printed is too long?
• please ensure that the option headers and footers in the print preview of your browser is correct




Possible printing errors in Google Chrome

1. Receipt Printer is not printing
• Make sure that the printer is ON and connected on a computer
• Changed USB port. the installed printer is assigned to a specified USB port

2. Receipt printed total amount is cut or not showing?
• you must set Custom Margins and adjust the margins in the left side
• By default you can adjust it by LEFT is 0 mm, TOP is 0 mm, RIGHT is 30 to 40 mm

3. Receipt printed is too large?
• please use the correct printer paper size example if you are using 76(63.5) x 3276 mm you must select on the settings and in the browser 76(63.5) x 3276 mm
• Go to Devices and Printer and right click on the printing Preferences under “Advanced” button then Select on the Graphic and Print Quality must be “160 X 144 dots per inch”

4. Receipt printed is too long?
• please ensure that the option headers and footers in the print preview of your browser is UNCHECK

5. Adjusting font size of the Receipt print?
• select Custom in the Margins then adjust until you reach the desired font size



Printer Troubleshoot

1. Printer is not accepting paper roll
• Check the printer for possible pinched paper. Clean the printer with clean cloth.

2. Printer status is beeping continuously.
• If printer status is beeping continuously even with paper roll, you may deliver the printer for checking and for replacement. NOTE: Replacement of item depends if the item is still under warranty.
