BIR PERMIT ERRORS

1. ENCODING VALIDATION Business Name is not registered with TIN-Banch Code. a. NO BUSINESS DATAILS found means new registration of 2303. It will take 2 weeks or more to encode to the BIR SYSTEM. b. WITH BUSINESS DETAILS but error occur. Usually this error occurs when there are changes in the 2303 COR details like Business name, address, and etc. This error occurs also on Wrong BUSINESS NAME, TIN NUMBER and BRANCH CODE. To resolve this error kindly follow up the BIR RDO OFFICER to encode and update it to the BIR SYSTEM 2. EACCREAG ACCOUNT LOCKED a. This error occurs when several times with WRONG PASSWORD. Maximum of 3 attempts only or else the account will be locked. b. To resolve this contact BIR RDO to unlock the account. or Change password |
